JCR - John Cooper Recycling - Preston

We are green waste composters and organic land clearance specialists based in Preston, Lancashire. Established in April 2010, John Cooper Recycling processes more than 25,000 tonnes of green waste at our fully licensed composting facility, situated at Farington Moss, near Leyland.

Operating our own composting facility means we can remove organic material from clearance sites with full traceability. Our compost is produced using the BSI standard PAS100, follows the Quality Compost Protocol and we are fully certified.

We supply the agricultural and horticultural markets, as well as the soft landscaping markets, offering a delivery service to all of our clients.

JCR specialise in highly efficient and reliable land clearance ranging from as small sites, comprising just a few trees, all the way up to tens of acres of established woodlands.

Continuous investment in the latest machinery means we can offer ever increasing levels of efficiency and are able to adapt to each and every customer requirement. We have the UK's first Dutch Woodchipper which is, capable of recycling up to 80 tonnes per day.
